Instant Pot Meatball Subs

Do you look for meals with little to no prep work? How about meals that require very little dishes?

This quick and easy Instant Pot meatball sub meal fits both of those requirements!

Instant Pot Meatball Subs

Here’s what you will need for this meal:

Instant Pot Meatball Subs

Ingredients:
-Pasta Sauce
-Frozen Meatballs
-Shredded Cheese of your choice
-Sub Bread
-Instant Pot

The great thing about this meal is that it is as easy as dumping the ingredients into the Instant Pot!

Directions:

  1. Pour the frozen meatballs directly into the Instant Pot
  2. Pour the pasta sauce onto the frozen meatballs (no need to stir the sauce in)
  3. Manually set the timer for 5 minutes on the Instant Pot
  4. Once the screen shows “OH” the meatballs are fully cooked and it has reached it’s desired pressure
  5. Now it’s time to release the pressure. Keep your hands, face, and arms AWAY from the valve. You WILL get burnt if not. We usually use a large spoon for this step.
  6. Remove the lid and give the meatballs a good little stir
  7. Now it’s time to assembly your subs!
  8. Cut open the sub bread with a butter or bread knife
  9. Put desired amount of meatballs on the sub bread along with some extra sauce and shredded cheese
  10. NOW ENJOY!

Use paper plates and the only clean up is the inside of the Instant Pot.

Paula Deen’s Corn Frito Salad

This recipe is an all time favorite of my entire family (except my baby brother-he doesn’t like corn). Anytime we have a pot luck, family gathering, or birthday party….this is always my go-to dish. It’s so easy and ridiculously good.

My kids even ask for it at home, “Can you make some of the ‘corn stuff’ for supper?” My husband will eat it like it’s going out of style. My sister will go buy the ingredients so I can make her some while she visits. I try to make it as often as I can since my family of six likes it so much. It’s cheap and that’s always a plus!
